Kozan Castle

Kozan’s old name is Sis, the Turkish word for fog. It may sound like a misty, hazy town, but the name probably has little to do with the weather; for when you climb the rocky ridge above the town, on a clear day you can see far out across Çukurova… So what history lies behind this misty name?
